1. Information We Collect
To provide seamless AI voice synthesis, image creation, music composition, and account management, we collect the following categories of data:

Account Registration Data: Username, full name, encrypted password, and registered WhatsApp number (used for WhatsApp OTP verification and direct payout notifications).

Voice & Audio Samples: Audio recordings uploaded for Voice Cloning or Speech-to-Text transcription.

Text & Script Inputs: Text input scripts submitted for Text-to-Speech (TTS), long text translations, story outlines, and AI music/lyric themes.

Prompts & Reference Images: Text prompts and reference images uploaded to Image Studio or Image-to-Prompt converter.

Generated Output Media: Synthesized WAV/MP3 speech tracks, composed AI songs/rap/sound effects, 4K artwork, talking avatar videos, and exported TXT scripts stored on secure cloud storage.

Payment & Order Verification Data: Transaction reference numbers (Flow IDs, Gateway Trx IDs), payment receipt screenshots, and billing records. We never store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords.

Business Mails Configuration: Domain prefixes, passcodes, and expiry dates created under the YT Automation Mails suite.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used strictly to power your creative workspace and maintain system integrity:

To synthesize realistic Text-to-Speech audio, generate AI images, render lip-synced avatar videos, and compose AI songs/rap/lyrics.

To manage your account credit limits, daily image/music resets, and subscription plan validity.

To verify manual bank/wallet transfers and process automated payment gateway authorizations.

To process referral commission payouts and send direct WhatsApp status updates.
Strict Anti-Deepfake & Anti-Spam Guarantee
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against malicious voice deepfakes, unauthorized political impersonation, hate speech, or spamming via Business Mails. Accounts violating these rules are subject to immediate termination without refund.
3. AI Processing & Third-Party Providers
To deliver industry-leading output quality, we route generation requests through specialized neural processing pipelines (including Speechify, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, VisualGPT, Agnes, FreeGen, ReMusic, and Google Workspace APIs). Your inputs are processed through secure, encrypted API channels solely for generating your requested outputs. You retain 100% full commercial ownership of your generated media.
4. Data Security & Storage Policy

Cryptographic Protection: Passwords are protected using high-security PBKDF2 SHA-256 hashing. Sessions use HMAC cryptographic signatures to prevent session hijacking.

Cloud Media Hotlinks: Generated media files are stored on high-speed S3 cloud storage (Dropbox / Uploadcare CDN) with direct streamable hotlinks.

Data Control: You can permanently delete your history logs, voice clones, or generated media anytime directly from your dashboard.
5. Public Tools & Trending Prompts Notice
Images processed using the public Image to Prompt free tool are published on our public Trending Prompts gallery for community discovery. Do not upload personal, confidential, or sensitive identity documents to public free tools.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential local browser storage to save your theme preferences (Dark/Light mode), active session verification keys, and security challenge tokens (Cloudflare Turnstile).
