Welcome to ElevenChime TTS (Pakistan's Ultimate AI Creative Suite). By registering an account, purchasing subscription plans, accessing our web suite, or installing our desktop tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Terms & Verification

Identity & WhatsApp Verification: You must provide a valid WhatsApp phone number upon sign-up. One-Time Passwords (OTPs) are sent to verify your ownership. Unverified accounts will not be able to access the dashboard.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. Sharing accounts across multiple unauthorized users is prohibited.

Single Registration: Creating multiple fake accounts to exploit free trial credits is strictly forbidden.
2. Acceptable Use & Deepfake Restrictions
You agree to use our AI voice, image, video, and music generation tools responsibly and legally. You strictly agree NOT to generate:

Unauthorized Voice Deepfakes: Cloning voices of individuals, political leaders, or public figures without explicit written consent.

Fraudulent & Harmful Content: Audio or video content intended for scams, financial fraud, extortion, or extortion.

Hate Speech & Defamation: Content that promotes violence, harassment, religious disrespect, or discrimination against any group.
Immediate Account Termination Notice
Any account found violating our Deepfake or Illegal Content policies will be permanently blocked immediately without prior warning, and no refunds or wallet balances will be returned.
3. Subscription Plans & Daily Limits

Credit Consumption: Standard Text-to-Speech (TTS) consumes 1 credit per character. Enterprise plan users enjoy unlimited credits.

Plan Expiry: Monthly plans expire in 30 days, while quarterly plans expire in 90 days. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

Local Midnight Resets: Daily image and music generation limits reset automatically at 12:00 AM local time based on your registered country code.

Concurrent Jobs: Each plan is assigned a maximum concurrent job execution limit (1 to 6 parallel workers). Executing more than your plan limit will queue your tasks.
4. Avatar Studio & Desktop Tool License
Dedicated Avatar Studio subscriptions (HeyGen Starter, Lite, Pro, Enterprise) grant access to our standalone Desktop Application:

Look Credits: AI Generative Look creations consume 5 credits per generation.

Photo Avatar Slots: Each plan provides a fixed capacity of avatar slots (3 to 40 slots). Deleting an avatar clears its slot for a new clone.

Software Updates: Desktop applications receive automatic or mandatory updates. Running outdated versions may result in rendering errors.
5. Business Mails & Expiration Terms
Business Mails deployed under our YT Automation suite are powered by Google Workspace APIs:
Account Expiration & 15-Day Grace Period
Emails are created for specific timeframes (Daily 32h, Weekly 8d, Monthly 31d). Upon expiration, accounts are disabled.
Restoration Grace Period: You can restore an expired email within 15 days by contacting support. A restoration fee of 500 PKR plus the standard renewal price will apply. After 15 days, accounts are permanently purged from Google Workspace servers and cannot be recovered.
6. Commercial Rights & Content Ownership
You retain 100% full commercial ownership of all synthesized speech files, AI images, music tracks, and avatar videos generated through your paid account. You are free to monetize this content on YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, or client projects. You are responsible for ensuring that the voice samples and prompts you upload do not infringe on third-party copyrights.
7. System Uptime & Disclaimers
While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target across our multi-worker infrastructure, processing speeds may temporarily vary during peak traffic or upstream neural API gateway updates. We are not liable for business losses resulting from temporary API delays.
