Terms of Service
By accessing or using ElevenChime TTS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
1. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our AI tools responsibly. You are strictly prohibited from generating content that:
- Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
- Impersonates government officials, politicians, or public figures without consent (Deepfakes).
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or malicious.
- Violates the intellectual property rights of others.
Violation of these rules will result in the immediate termination of your account without refund.
2. Credits & Subscriptions
- Credits: Our service operates on a credit system. Credits are deducted based on character count or video generation tasks.
- Expiry: Plan credits expire after 30 days (Monthly) or 90 days (Quarterly) unless renewed. Credits do not roll over.
- Limits: Each plan has specific concurrent job limits and character limits per request.
3. External Accounts (Add-ons)
For services involving external accounts (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, Humanizer AI):
- We provide access credentials or API integrations.
- You agree not to change the password or settings of shared accounts unless explicitly allowed.
- We offer a warranty period (e.g., 30 days) during which we will replace non-working accounts.
4. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, since we rely on upstream AI providers, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of a major outage, we will pause plan timers or provide compensation credits.
5. Limitation of Liability
ElevenChime TTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the generated content.
